What sets the price
The act. An LED tron group, an LED robot, LED drummers, LED water drums, LED poi and LED dancers with wings are different shows with different costumes and equipment.
The number of performers. A solo LED robot costs less than a group routine with several dancers or robots.
The show length and the number of sets. One short feature costs less than two sets, or a robot who stays on the dance floor for a longer slot.
The date. Year-end events, Chinese New Year and wedding season are peak periods. Booking early gives you more choice.
Custom work. Choreography made for your event, your own music track, or a logo programmed on pixel poi add preparation time.
Effects. CO2 jets, lasers and other interactive effects are optional extras.
Travel and overtime. Travel to a remote venue and time beyond the agreed slot are quoted separately.

The fee usually covers the performers' time, a briefing before the event, preparation and the agreed performance time. Special costumes, travel to remote venues, overtime and custom choreography are quoted on top, based on what you ask for.
