A company dinner and dance needs a few clear high points between the courses, the speeches and the lucky draw. An LED show is one of them. The ballroom goes dark, the music starts and the stage fills with light. You can book an LED tron show, an LED robot, LED drummers or LED dancers for a D&D or gala night in Singapore.
Where it fits in the D&D programme
- Opening act. The show starts the night as guests settle at their tables. It sets the tone before the welcome speech.
- Between courses. A short set keeps the energy up while the kitchen serves the next course.
- After the awards or lucky draw. A bright act moves the room from the formal part to the party.
- Opening the dance floor. An LED robot or a tron group pulls the first guests onto the floor.
Pick one slot and agree it with your emcee and the hotel banquet team.
Match the show to your theme
Many D&D nights have a theme, such as a futuristic night, a neon party or a glamour gala. The LED colours, the music and the routine can follow it. A tron show fits a futuristic or neon theme. LED dancers with glowing wings fit a glamour or fairy-tale theme. LED drummers fit almost any theme and give a loud start.
Combine acts for a full night
LED acts can share the programme with your emcee, a DJ or a live band. A common plan is one LED act as the opener and a second act later in the night, for example LED drummers at the start and an LED robot for the dance floor.
Ballroom checklist
Hotel ballrooms in Singapore usually have their own AV team. Before the night, agree:
- the slot and the cue in the run sheet,
- the blackout timing for the house lights,
- the music file and the sound check,
- the stage size and the route from the changing room,
- any CO2 or special effects, if the hotel allows them.
The planning guide explains each point.
How to book
Send the date, the hotel, the guest count, the theme and the slot. You get options with videos and a price. Year-end and Chinese New Year are the busiest periods for D&D nights, so book as early as you can. See what sets the price or ask for a quote.
