An LED show gives a corporate event one clear moment that everyone remembers. The lights go down, the music starts, and glowing dancers, robots or drums take the stage. In Singapore you can book an LED act for a conference opening, a product launch, an awards night, a gala dinner or a brand activation.
Pick the act for the moment
Opening a conference or awards night. A short LED tron dance or an LED drum set wakes up the room before the first speaker.
A product launch. Tron dancers or drummers build the energy, then the routine ends on the reveal. A countdown on lit drums makes a clear lead-in.
A brand message. Pixel poi can show your logo, the event name or a short message in light as they spin.
After the formal part. An LED robot starts the party and poses for photos with the guests.
A gala dinner. See the page on dinner and dance for the evening format.
Use your brand
The LED colours can follow your brand colours. The music, the routine and the story of the show can match the theme of the launch or the event. Tell us the product, the message and the moment, and the act is planned around them. Send any logo files early if you want them shown on pixel poi.
Fit it into your run sheet
Corporate programmes run to the minute. Give us the slot, the length you want and the cue, such as the end of a speech or a video. The show is timed to it. Agree the blackout, the sound cue and the stage access with the venue's AV team before the day. LED acts can share the programme with an emcee, a DJ or a live band.
Venue and technical points
Most corporate venues in Singapore are hotel ballrooms or convention halls. Check three things early: can the house lights go down for the slot, is the stage big enough for the group, and can the AV team play the show music. If you plan CO2 jets or other effects, confirm the venue allows them. The planning guide has a full checklist.
How to book
Send the date, the venue, the slot, the guest count and your brand colours. You get a shortlist of LED acts with videos and a price, usually within 24 hours. Book two to four weeks ahead where you can, and earlier for year-end events. Read what sets the price or ask for a quote.
